Agel has created a new compensation structure that is truly revolutionary, and was simply designed to make you money ! This compensation plan will produce some of the largest checks in network marketing history. The plan can't be described as a binary, a breakaway, a unilevel, or a forced matrix. Agel took the powerful concept of a two-team structure, where spillover and cooperative team building have proven so powerful, and created a dual down-line pay system, that doesn't have the unfortunate draw backs of conventional binary plans. The Agel pay plan is one of the simplest paying plans there is. The plan focuses not on ways you have to qualify for payment but ways to get you additional payments and bonuses.
There are 4 ways to make money in Agel:
1. Retail Sale - Team Members can purchase Agel products at the wholesale price of US $60-75 per box (30 packets per box) and sell the boxes for a retail price of $75-90.
2. Fast Start Bonus – A one time bonus that is being paid upon enrolling a new team member.
This bonus is being paid in addition to others!!!
3. Team Volume Commission (T.V.C) – In this commission you are being paid for the product volume created in your team.
People in your team can be placed in one of your two 'legs' (Left or Right) to create two different business centers. As people in your teams purchase product for personal use, samples, retail or as Preferred Customers, each box of product adds to your Commissionable Volume (CV) of a team.
 For sponsoring someone as the Personal Pack level you get 125 CV.
For sponsoring someone at the Executive level you get 500 CV.
For each box purchase in your team you get 50CV.
At the end of each month Agel computers summarize the volume created by CVs in both your right and left legs and pays 10% of your lesser leg.
1 CV equals aprx. 1$
For example: If the volume created this month in your right leg is 120,000 CV and the volume created in your left leg is 100,000 CV you get 10% of 100,000 = Aprx. 10,000$ in Team Volume Commission.
This bonus is being paid in addition to others!!!
Team members in the Excutive level can earn in this bonus up to 75,000$ a month !!!
In order to qualify for this bonus a 1 box minimum monthly personal purchase is required.
4. Leverage Matching Bonus (L.M.B) – This is the bonus that can change your life forever !!!
You will earn a percentage of the Team Volume Commissions of Team Members down to the 7th level in your enroller tree. Each personally sponsored Team Member, placed on any level within your organization is considered on the 1st level of your Enroller Tree.
Subsequently when one of your personally sponsored Team Members sponsors a new Team Member, that new Team Member becomes part of the 2nd level of your Enroller Tree (and 1st level to the person who sponsored them). This means that when you sponsor a new Team Member and place them in either your left or right business centers, it does not matter how far down in your "tree" they are. They are still considered as on your first level of the separate Enroller Tree.
The Leveraged Matching Bonus pays you a bonus based on the Team Volume Commission of each person in your Enroller Tree. So if a person you sponsored earns US $10,000 in Team Volume Commission and you are at the 25% bonus level, your bonus will be US $2500. They get their $10,000 and you also get a $2,500 bonus just on that one person! Just because his is your 1st level!
The number of Enroller Tree levels and percentages of the Leveraged Matching Bonus depend on the rank you have achieved based on your smaller leg/business center team volume.
In order to qualify for this bonus Team Members should reach at least the Director Rank (10,000 smaller side volume) in a given month.

5. Luxury Car Bonus
Any month that a Team Member is a qualified Senior Director or above they will receive the specified car bonus.

6. Travel/Business Expense Allowance
Any month that a Team Member is a qualified Senior Director or above they will receive the specified travel/business expense allowance.

7. Annual Leadership Retreat
Each year Senior Directors and above will be invited to the annual leadership convention, which will be held in an exotic location. They will be required to qualify for Senior Director or above for three months during the calendar year to qualify for the retreat. Based on trip and location each year each leadership level will receive different allowances for the trip.

8. Executive Bonus
3% of the global company commissionable volume (CV) is put into the Executive Bonus Pool. Team Members who begin their business by placing an order for the Executive Kit will be eligible to receive one or more shares of this pool each month in which their smaller leg volume grows by 1000 or more comparing to prior month's volume.
For each 1000 your smaller leg volume grows comparing to prior month, you will receive one share of the Executive Bonus pool. This bonus ends when you reach the Senior Director level.
